Our Objective

Enhancing Mobility and Participation for Older Adult Wellness through Digital Inclusion (EMPOWrD) brings together six interdisciplinary research dimensions to bridge digital divides and promote wellness. Our focus is on co-designing technology and experiences that empower older adults to confidently and meaningfully engage in digital life.

Our Research

EMPOWrD integrates engineering, health sciences, social sciences, and business expertise to create inclusive digital solutions for aging populations. Through collaborative, community-based studies, we explore how technology can enhance mobility, connection, and well-being for older adults.
